PGGP - Aim 3

This project is collaborated between The Forsyth Institute (TFI) and The Institute for Genomic Research (TIGR), and is funded by National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR)

To integrate information derived from the annotated sequence with experimental data from the P. gingivalis research community

The following areas will be targeted:

	Genes sequenced by investigators outside this project and sequences for different strains of P. gingivalis
	Protease genes
	Iron regulated genes
	Genes identified in ongoing IVET studies
	Homologous genes from B. thetaiotaomicron sequenced in an ongoing project
